What are we looking for?

We are seeking artworks that explore the dynamic interplay between our senses and the environment around us. Submissions can address one of the five senses and should evoke reflection on how we experience our surroundings, both natural and urban.

We accept works in a wide variety of media, including but not limited to:

  • Visual art (painting, photography, sculpture, mixed media)

  • Interactive installations

  • Multimedia (video, digital art, AR/VR)

  • Textile and tactile works

  • Culinary art (food design, edible installations)

We also accept existing artworks that fit the theme.

Selection Criteria

  • Alignment with the theme

  • Creativity and originality

  • Feasibility of installation or presentation within the exhibition space

  • Impact on the audience: We are looking for works that invite the audience to contemplate the relationship between nature and humanity in a meaningful way

In the fast-paced, ever-transforming landscape of Hong Kong, the vibrant city life often overshadows the natural world. As concrete structures rise and green spaces shrink, it’s easy to feel disconnected and lonely.

This exhibition invites you to pause and reflect on your relationship with nature within the urban jungle of Hong Kong, and help you reconnect with the city and yourself.
